From I-81 south: Take I-81 south to exit 141 (rout 419+ 311- Salem New Castle ) turn LEFTof exit onto US rout 419. At the first set of traffic turn RIGHT onto US rout 311. Follow for aproximately 20 miles into New Castle. After the Chevron gas station take the imeidate RIGHT onto US rout 615. Follow for about 5 miles. and Pine Top Restaurant is on your right.

From I-81 north: Follow same directions as above, taking RIGHT off the exit ramp.
